WHAT IS CERAKOTE?

Cerakote is a polymer-ceramic composite coating that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers, and wood. It enhances physical performance properties including abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness.

As certified Cerakote applicators, we use only genuine Cerakote products and follow the manufacturer's recommended preparation and application processes. The result is a finish that looks incredible and performs even better.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Cerakote outperforms all other coatings in abrasion, corrosion, and chemical resistance testing. It's used by major firearms manufacturers and military contractors. Once cured, it will outlast the item it's applied to.

Over 200 standard colours are available, plus metallics, satin finishes, and custom colour matching. We can also do multi-colour patterns, camo, battle-worn, and custom designs.

Most single-colour jobs are completed within 1-2 weeks. Multi-colour, camo, or complex pattern work may take 2-3 weeks depending on the project. We'll give you an accurate timeline when we quote.

For firearms, we prefer to receive them fully disassembled where possible. For other items, we'll let you know what prep is needed when we quote. We can disassemble and reassemble most firearms for an additional fee.

Standard Cerakote is rated to 600°F. For exhaust headers, manifolds, and other high-temp applications, we use Cerakote's high-temperature series rated to 1800°F. We'll recommend the right product for your application.
